My name is Erin.  I live in Capac, MIchigan with my boyfriend.  I currently own two turtles and I absolutely love them.  It all started when my boyfriend was out cutting grass and he ran over a baby painted turtle.  It wasn't hurt but we decided to keep it.  Then I adopted another turtle from a friend.  And thus started my love for turtles.  I'm currently a college student and working full time as well.  So, this is a little side project for me.

While doing a search on Michigan turtle rescues I noticed that the two that I found hadn't been updated in a long time.  I realized that there's a need for a rescue for these guys.
